The Livingstone Magistrate Court has adjourned a case involving two businessmen and a woman accused of illegally obtaining land in the tourist capital. Magistrate Kahoyi Mushabati explained that the judgment was not ready, citing the bulk of the case records and the need for further review. "As you have seen, this is quite voluminous, like the Bible, so I need more time to look at it," he said. The case has been rescheduled for January 27, 2025, to allow all parties sufficient time.
